Energy work to help clear the clutter in and around you along with breath work and yoga to embody the newness. Working slowly over 6 weeks towards the goal we set at the beginning. Giving your nervous system time to regulate your new FREEDOM! Walking away confident, connected, and with simple tools you can use to tackle life's challenges ahead. 

With a Health Coaching Certificate, Advanced Shamanic Trainings, Reiki Mastership, Psychic Development Training, Yoga & Massage Certifications, and the experience of “being through it” such as divorce, kids, and sickness, I’m happy to align with my own desires and heart path to be here for you. To hold space, hold your hand, and say YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND I’M HERE TO HELP YOU!
